Miso Coriander Tahini Dressing

  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • ¼ cup sweet white miso
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1½ tbsp braggs liquid aminos or light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Taste for seasonings and adjust as needed. For a creamier dressing start with ⅓ cup of water and adjust based on personal preference.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 5-7 days.
